On our return trip from our Body & Soul Ministries eye surgery camps in Sumatra, Indonesia, Danny Carrigan and I stopped through Nepal to visit three of the nine human trafficking safe houses that we help sponsor with Save Asian Souls. In the context of that, we had a free morning to see some of the sites in the capitol Kathmandu. We hired a driver and traversed this rather large city to visit the three main “holiest” sites: Swayambjunath Buddhist “Monkey Temple”, the Hindu Pashupatinath temple complex and the Tibetan Boudhanath Stupa temple.
